fray` Muzza off to New York!

The pressure is on for our FIFA 12 player Kieran ‘Muzza’ Murray this week as he prepares to fly to New York tomorrow for the Virgin Gaming Challenge Series for a chance to win a share in a $400,000 prize pool dedicated to the competitive title. Muzza registered for the tournament at the lowest level, winning his first two matches in his pool for the qualifiers, before being contacted with congratulations of being accepted to go to the USA and compete in this event against 256 of the world’s best FIFA players.

Kieran is not the only Australian player to attend this event, joined by several other high-end FIFA players who have been friendly competition in the past. However, time and time again, Muzza has proven that he is the best Australia has to offer, and he intends to prove that in New York this week as he battles for the first place prize of $167,000 and the title of being the best FIFA player in the world.

With a quiet, but fierce confidence, Muzza himself is expecting to go exceptionally well at this competition using the advantage of not being overly internationally recognised in the world-wide FIFA community, using that as a stealthy weapon to display his raw talent and adversity to the game.

Kieran was able to share a few words from his intense schedule of study & practicing for the series:

“I'm looking forward to not just representing the Frenetic Array name, but wearing the tag with pride at my second international event. It should be a lot of fun, and I intend to come back with a good result!”

Muzza will arrive in New York City on Wednesday night, and will be departing Sunday afternoon. Frenetic Array wishes him the best of luck and we know he will do Australia proud!
