On the 20th and 21st of March our two Xbox CoD teams Legends and Top Guns competed in the Australian Cyber League’s first online leg of the 4v4 Modern Warfare 2 league. Our top team (Legends) qualified as the 4th seed after day one and our second team had a pretty poor day and qualified 11th.
On day two the league began its double elimination bracket, which featured the top fifteen teams from day one. Both teams won their first match comfortably, but then came the real challenge. Top Guns played Insurgency (who have many ex-fray members) and blew them away with another easy victory. Legends came up against one of the competitions favourites in Spotted Dick but managed to win a very close 3-2 victory. Up next for Legends were team Malice, said to be Fray’s “kryptonite” in the league. This proved true as Malice took out the match with a 3-1 victory, dropping the Legends to the loser’s bracket.

Frenetic Array has three teams competing in both the CyberGamer and GameArena ladders this season.
We have two teams in the PC division, Frenetic Array (captained by Glock) and the Gurka Rifles (captained by Riddick).
